While we are not offering part-time options this year, families are welcome to register for a full week and join us on the days that work best for them.

There will be a $15 registration fee per camper due when you begin the enrollment process. This fee is non-refundable and will apply to each child in your family.
Our weekly camp fee is $185/camper.
Payments will be due in installments along the way, with a 10% deposit due when you register, 50% due 3 weeks out from the start date of each session, and the remaining balance due 1 week before the beginning of each session.
You will be prompted to select a payment option to take care of your summer camp balance when you register. We have a variety of automatic payment plans to choose from to make the process convenient for your family.
You can choose an autopay plan that breaks your summer balance down into regular payments, or you can self-pay with cash/check or online via your account. Feel free to choose what works best for your family!
If you choose self-pay (or pay at camp), please note that all payments are due in advance for each week your child is registered for Camp. Please plan ahead to submit payments to us on time each week. You are welcome to make payments via your account online or use the provided envelopes and drop box at the camper sign-in table instead.

Our summer day camp program runs the majority of the time that kids are out of school.
Summer Camp 2025 will run from late May to mid-August when kids return to school. For most sites, the first day of Camp is the day following Memorial Day (except Pekin Camp which begins June 2nd).

What Does a summer at camp look like?
We love to partner with parents like you to help you cut through the chaos of life and make your summer count. That's why we're so focused on giving your child an experience that helps them to thrive by keeping them safe, engaging them through fun activities, and helping them grow in their faith and character through our process of Jesus-centered discipleship. Here's what you can expect if your child joins us this summer:
Support of our year-round leadership team to guide you through registration and address your questions before, during, and after summer camp.
Balance of high and low energy activities to keep each day exciting.

Summer staff members (students in high school and college) who want to give your child a memorable summer of growth and fun.
Spiritual growth with Bible teaching, focused discussions about Bible stories, and time in prayer throughout the day.
Reinforcement of godly character with weekly Character Awards given to each child.
Prioritizing safety by following our Top 5 Rules.
Groups of 3 - Always stay with at least 2 other people. Never be alone with another person. Stay with your group and within the boundaries.
Be a Leader - Choose to be a leader in everything you do. Set a positive example by showing respect for everyone. Listen, share, and ask for help when you need it.
Good Touch || Bad Touch - Use touch that helps others and makes them feel safe. Good touch = things like high-fives and short side-hugs. Bad touch = things like hitting, sitting on laps, back rubs, tickling.
Good Words || Bad Words - Use words that are kind and build each other up. Good words = respectful, encouraging, helpful. Bad words = disrespectful, cursing, threats, gossip, insults.
Treat It Right - Respect all property & equipment at Camp. Don’t damage anything on purpose. Leave your area better than you found it.
OTHER INFO ABOUT SUMMER CAMP AT CAMP OF CHAMPIONS USA
Dates: Camp runs for most of June, July, and August while kids are out of school. You can register for as many or as few weeks as you want or need.
Times: Our daily program runs from about 9:00am-4:00pm. Drop-off starts at 7:30am, and pick-up ends at 5:30pm.
Ages: Children graduating Kindergarten through 6th grade are eligible to attend our program. We also have an Activity Assistant Program for Middle School students entering into 7th - 9th grade..
Cost: $185/week per child. We offer discounts for families enrolling multiple siblings. Families may also fill out an additional application for financial assistance, which is available through two scholarship funds.
Locations: We partner with churches to host our camps. We have many locations throughout Central Illinois. Click here to find a location near you.

Payment and Refund Policies FOR 2025

$185/ SESSION*
There is no additional fee for field trips, as each week includes a field trip and the weekly rate reflects that. The only exception to this is holiday weeks or the first week of Camp at a site.
A 10% discount per additional sibling registered for the same session(s) is applied at checkout.
Financial Assistance is available for qualified families. Families who received financial assistance in 2024 will need to reapply for assistance in 2025 to receive a new weekly rate.
Any 4-day/holiday weeks are $165.
While we are not offering part-time options this year, families are welcome to register for a full week and join us on the days that work best for them.

10% deposit due on your total balance when finalizing session selections. (This initial deposit is capped at a maximum of $100/camper, and will be proportionally reduced for families approved for financial assistance.)
50% is due 3 weeks (21 days) prior to beginning of your registered session.
100% is due 1 week (7 days) prior to beginning of your registered session.

Schedule changes/cancellations submitted before the refund deadline* for each session are eligible for a refund credit. The refund credit availability will require your written request for change/cancellation to be submitted before the corresponding deadline(s) outlined below.
The Standard Refund Policy Does NOT Cover:
Absences related to illness
Suspensions from Camp due to behavior
All refunds will be automatically added as a credit to your Camp account. You may use this credit toward your existing or future balance for Camp of Champions USA programs. If you would like to receive a payout of the available credit from your Camp account, please submit your request in writing via email (hello@cocusa.org). All refund payouts are mailed in the form of a check within 2 weeks of the refund request.

We must receive notice via email at hello@cocusa.org by the end of the refund deadline in order to accommodate your schedule changes. Any schedule changes received after the deadline will be considered for the next applicable refund tier.
3+ Weeks (More than 21 days before first day of Camp Session) = 100% Eligible Refund Credit (no charge to change/cancel)
1 Week (20-7 days before first day of Camp Session) = 50% Eligible Refund Credit
Less than 1 week (less than 6 “true” days before first day of Camp Session) = No Refund (change from 2024)
